Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Mariage account and personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

Email support@getmariage.app with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

Please send the request from the email address linked to your Mariage account so we can verify that the request is genuine.

What we delete

Your account profile
Your saved pairings, wines, restaurants, and evenings
Personal account details linked to your email address
Other personal data we no longer need to provide the service

What we may keep

We may keep limited records where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons. We may also keep analytics or diagnostic records that are no longer linked to your name or email address.

How long it takes

We will confirm receipt of your request and complete deletion or anonymisation within 30 days, unless we are legally required to keep specific information for longer.
