By using Mariage, you agree to these terms. We've written them to be straightforward — here's what you need to know.

What Mariage is

Mariage is an AI-powered food and wine pairing app. Scan a restaurant menu, pick your dishes, and get a sommelier-style recommendation. It's run by GETMARIAGE LTD, registered in England and Wales.

Recommendations are suggestions to help you enjoy your meal — they're not professional sommelier advice. Always confirm availability and pricing with your server before ordering.

Allergies and dietary requirements

⚠ Important Mariage does not know about your allergies or dietary needs. It reads menu text to suggest drink pairings only. Nothing it recommends should be treated as safe for any specific allergy or medical condition. Always tell your server about any allergies or dietary requirements before you order.

Alcohol

Mariage recommends alcoholic drinks. You must be of legal drinking age in your country to use this app. Please drink responsibly. See our Responsible Drinking page for support resources.

Your account

You can use Mariage a few times without an account. To save pairings or use the app regularly, you'll need to sign up with your email address. You're responsible for your account — if you think someone else has accessed it, let us know at support@getmariage.app.

Diagnostics and service improvement

We may collect limited diagnostic, error, crash, usage, and performance information to keep Mariage secure, reliable, and working properly. This helps us fix bugs, understand whether key app flows are functioning, prevent misuse, and improve the service. More detail is available in our Privacy Policy.

What you can't do

Use the service for anything illegal
Try to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the service
Bypass usage limits or access controls
Upload anything that infringes someone else's rights

Subscriptions and credits

Mariage is free to use for a limited number of pairings. Additional pairings require a credit pack or subscription. Prices are shown before purchase. If you're on iOS or Android, payments are handled by Apple or Google and their refund policies apply. For web payments, contact us at support@getmariage.app.

Our content

The Mariage name, logo, and app are owned by GETMARIAGE LTD. The AI-generated pairing recommendations are for your personal use — please don't scrape or republish them.

Our liability

The app is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running well, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We're not responsible for any dining decisions you make based on AI recommendations, including any issues arising from allergens or dietary needs not disclosed to restaurant staff.

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date above when we do. Carrying on using the app after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
